Setup engineer
Owns your order end-to-end. Walks you through KYC, configures wallets, runs the test transaction, and writes your security pack.
Security reviewer
Reads every PDF before it ships. Looks for missed steps, weak phrases, and anything a future-you would thank us for catching.
Recovery scribe
Writes the recovery plan in plain English so a trusted person can act if you cannot. Drafts it for normal humans, not engineers.
